Jump-Rope Challenge:
This is a simple challenge but requires some honesty from everyone.

The challenge rules:
What is the most single-unders you can complete in 1 min?
What is the most single-unders you can complete in 2 min?
What is the most single-unders you can complete in 3 min?
Clarification of rules:
Complete 1 minute - record your number of single-unders.
1 min break
Complete 2 consecutive minutes - record your number of single-unders.
1 min break
Complete 3 consecutive minutes - record your number of single-unders.
